Keep Your Accounts Secure

To keep your accounts, and your phone itself, secure you should consider ways of securing your phone from unauthorized access. Within your phone’s security settings, you will find ways of setting up passwords and pins. You could also opt for biometric logins, using your fingerprint or face.

Refinancing Your Home​

With text messaging, you can check your account balances, transfer funds, and do many other things. If you receive a text from us it will come from our dedicated texting line: 314-794-6301. PLEASE NOTE: We will NEVER ask you for any personal information via text, such as your account numbers. If you receive a request asking for such information, do not reply to it and call us directly at 314-892-5400. You don’t need to install our free banking app in order to text with us, but you will need to set up a free Online Banking account.

Will I be charged for Text Message Banking?
Our Text Message Banking service is free. However, standard text messaging fees from your wireless carrier may apply. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you are not sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.
Yes, as long as you have text messaging enabled with your mobile carrier and use a carrier that the service supports. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure.
You can text back “stop” to 454545 on your activated cell phone, or you can return to the mobile banking page and click the Deactivate link next to your mobile device number.
