Core Banking System Conversion Upgrade is Complete!
We are thrilled to report our core banking system conversion is completed! This important upgrade is a key step in delivering a more modern and efficient banking experience.
The entire Neighbors team thanks you for your patience as the upgrade work was completed. This work required us to be closed for a few days and there were service limitations, which may have made managing your everyday finances less convenient than usual. Your attention to and understanding of these limitations did not go unnoticed by our team… thank you.
As of Monday, June 8th, we are still working through a few issues:
- Mobile Deposit and Check Images are currently unavailable in online/mobile banking. We are working to restore these functions.
- Some debit card transactions are displaying as “bill pay”. This is a display issue only … these transactions are processing correctly. A fix to this issue is underway.
The new core system allows us to introduce enhanced integration, improved functionality and personalization, and a more streamlined digital experience…all designed with you in mind. You can look forward to faster payment capabilities, greater flexibility in managing your accounts, and a more unified view of your accounts within online and mobile banking.
