Core Banking System Conversion Upgrade is Complete!
We are thrilled to report that our core banking system conversion has been successfully completed! This important upgrade is a key step in delivering a more modern and efficient banking experience.
The entire Neighbors team thanks you for your patience as the upgrade work was completed. This work required us to be closed for a few days and there were service limitations, which may have made managing your everyday finances less convenient than usual. Your attention to and understanding of these limitations did not go unnoticed by our team… thank you.
As of end of business Tuesday, June 2nd,
- Mobile Deposit and Check Images
are currently unavailable in online/mobile banking. We are working
to restore these functions.
- The ATMs at our branch locations are coming back online one machine at a time. We expect all ATM services to be completely restored by Thursday, June 4th. Drive-up/walk-up video teller services are available as usual at these machines and our representatives are available to serve you, Monday – Saturday from 9am – 7pm. Simply tap on the screen for assistance.
The new core system allows us to introduce enhanced integration, improved functionality and personalization, and a more streamlined digital experience…all designed with you in mind. You can look forward to faster payment capabilities, greater flexibility in managing your accounts, and a more unified view of your accounts within online and mobile banking.
