Core Conversion

We are pleased to share that Neighbors Credit Union will be upgrading our core banking system later this spring. This transition represents an important step forward in delivering a more modern, efficient, and seamless banking experience. 

With this upgrade, you can expect faster payment capabilities, greater flexibility in managing accounts, a more unified view with Online and Mobile banking, and continued enhancements designed to make everyday banking easier. 

Our goal is simple: to provide a banking experience that is more intuitive, convenient, and aligned with your financial needs.

Our system conversion will take place the weekend of Saturday, May 30 – Monday, June 1.

  • WHEN IS THIS CONVERSION HAPPENING?

  • HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS DURING THE SYSTEM CONVERSION?
You will have access to your accounts via ATMs, CO-OP Shared Branches, debit and credit cards, and personal checks.  

  • WHAT ACCESS SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SYSTEM CONVERSION? 

Our branches as well as our remote access services, including online, mobile, and telephone banking, will be unavailable after close of business on Friday, May 29 beginning at 5:00 PM through Monday, June 1.  All services will be available as usual on Tuesday, June 2. 

 

  • WILL MY ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGE?
No. Your account number will remain the same.

  • WILL MY ONLINE, MOBILE or TELEPHONE BANKING LOG-IN CREDENTIALS CHANGE?

No. You will continue to use the same OnlineMobile and Telephone Banking platforms, login credentials, and access points.

 

  • WILL I NEED TO ORDER NEW CHECKS?

No. Your current checks will continue to work as usual.

 

  • WILL I NEED TO ORDER A NEW DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?

No. Your current debit and/or credit card will continue to work as usual.
