Courtesy Pay benefits you by allowing us to cover your unexpected expenses, so that you are still able to pay for groceries, gasoline, drug prescriptions or another needed item. In addition it also saves you the embarrassment of having your purchases declined. These examples, along with many others, are reasons for utilizing this safety net – and reasons it should remain available to you and your family. Overdraft Protection
Overdraft protection covers you if you overdraw on your checking account. Your check will clear (up to your credit limit), but you decide if the covering funds are taken from your savings account or a line of credit loan.
Telephone Banking
Telephone banking is our free account service by phone. You can maintain full access to your Neighbors Credit Union accounts with just a touch-tone phone and calling 314-892-7878 or toll free at 1-800-325-2696. Check your account balances, hear cleared checks and even transfer funds. You can even make payments to your credit union loans!
Travel Notification
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select “Additional Services” on the green menu bar.
- Click on “Travel Notification” on the dropdown menu.
- Complete the form listing your destination(s), travel dates, and contact information.
- Access Bill Pay within one business day or less
