You can electronically pay your Neighbors Credit Union auto, home equity and miscellaneous loans payment(s) using a checking account1 from another financial institution!
It’s the quick, simple way to make your loan payment with funds from your other financial institution(s). Try it today!
Making your payment is easy! To do so:
- Log in to Online Banking on our mobile app*
- Go to “Pay” tab on the blue menu bar.
- Choose “External Loan Payments” from the drop down menu.
- Enter information from external financial institution. (Neighbors Credit Union accounts are ineligible.)
- Select eligible Neighbors loan(s) and enter payment(s) information.
- Accept Terms & Conditions after reading.
- Confirm payment.
1 Payments cannot be more than 30 times the amount due and are not to exceed $1,500. Restrictions apply. Contact Neighbors Credit Union for details.
