Block Out Hunger 2025-2026 Raises $5,180 for Operation Food Search
Now in its third consecutive year, Block Out Hunger once again demonstrated the powerful impact of combining community partnerships with the excitement of Saint Louis University Billiken basketball. Throughout the regular season, the Saint Louis University men’s and women’s basketball teams combined for 259 total blocks, with Neighbors Credit Union donating $20 to Operation Food Search for every block recorded.

Operation Food Search is a St. Louis-based nonprofit dedicated to providing free food, nutrition education, and innovative programs to reduce food insecurity, particularly among children and families.
