External Loan Payment

You can electronically pay your Neighbors Credit Union auto, home equity and miscellaneous loans payment(s) using a checking account or debit card¹ from another financial institution!

Making your payment is easy! To do so:

1. Log into Online Banking 
2. Go to "Move Money" tab on the green menu bar.
3. Choose "External Loan Payments" from the drop down menu.
4. Enter information from external financial institution. (Neighbors Credit Union accounts are ineligible.)
5. Select eligible Neighbors loan(s) and enter payment(s) information.
6. Accept Terms & Conditions after reading.
7. Confirm payment.
