How Do I Sign Up?

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click "Bill Pay" within the green menu bar
  3. Click on "Click here to sign up for Bill Payment" link
  4. Complete the online form
  5. Access Bill Pay within one business day or less

 

e-bills

An e-bill is an electronic version of your bill that you receive automatically within Bill Pay. It contains the same information on your paper or other electronic statement, but you can view and pay it within Bill Pay with just a click.

How Do I Sign Up?

  1. Log into Online Banking 
  2. Click "Bill Pay" 
  3. Click "set up e-bill" link which appears below the company name of an existing payee (not all companies are eligible for e-bills)
  4. Follow the online instructions
  5. You should begin receiving your bill online within 1-2 billing cycles

 

 

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Bill Pay Questions

Q: To whom can I pay bills online?
A:You can use Bill Pay to pay anyone from the babysitter to the electric company. The exceptions are tax or other governmental entities, court-ordered payments, payments to payees outside the United States or its possessions/territories, or collection agencies.

Q: How long will it take for my payee to receive my payments?
A: You should schedule your payments at least 5 business days prior to the due date for payments made by check. You should schedule your payments at least 3 business days prior to the due date for payments made by electronic means. The first time a bill is paid, you will not know if the payee accepts electronic payments. Until the payee information has been updated to indicate electronic payment, you should allow at least 5 business days prior to the due date.

Q: Can I set-up reoccurring payments?
A: You can schedule payments for a single one-time payment, monthly payment, weekly and semi-monthly payments.

Q: When I pay a bill online, when will the funds be deducted from my checking account?
A: The funds will be deducted from your checking account by ACH within 3 business days of the scheduled Payment Processing Date.

Q: How much does Bill Pay cost?
A: Bill Pay is free for the first 120 days after you sign up. After the 120 days, Online Bill Pay is free for members if you have a Neighbors Credit Union checking account and pay at least 1 bill each month. If you do not meet these requirements, fees may apply.
