Courtesy Pay
Unforeseen circumstances and shortages in your account balance seem to pop up when you least expect them. With Courtesy Pay, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your debit card transactions, ATM withdrawals, checks, ACH/electronic and bill pay transactions will be paid, even in the event payment causes your account to be overdrawn. It is a discretionary service offered as a privilege,* with a fee charged (the same fee that is incurred should a check or ACH/electronic withdrawal be returned for insufficient funds). There is no action required to activate Courtesy Pay for checks, ACH/electronic, and bill pay transactions. Your consent is required to activate Courtesy Pay for ATM and Debit Card transactions (both signature and PIN).
To opt-in for Courtesy Pay for your ATM and Debit Card transactions, simply:
- Complete and submit the online opt-in form
- Print and mail an opt-in form.
- Visit the Neighbors Credit Union branch nearest you.
- Call our Member Experience Center at 314-892-5400.
