Bill Pay
Pay your bills online in seconds – free!* In fact, you can pay anyone from the electric company to the babysitter. You can even set up reoccurring payments so you’ll never be late on a payment again.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click “Bill Pay” within the green menu bar
- Click on “Click here to sign up for Bill Payment” link
- Complete the online form
- Access Bill Pay within one business day or less
e-Bills
- Manage your bills from one secure location
- Set up automatic payment to never be late on a payment
- Save money and time with the elimination of envelopes and checks
- No need to store or shred confidential paper bills
- e-bills can be saved directly to your hard drive, CD or memory stick
- e-bills won’t get caught in your spam filter
- Email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates and upcoming payments
How do I sign up?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click “Bill Pay”
- Click “set up e-bill” link which appears below the company name of an existing payee (not all companies are eligible for e-bills)
- Follow the online instructions
- You should begin receiving your bill online within 1-2 billing cycles

How do I sign up?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click “eStatements”
- Click on “Sign Up” within the new screen

External Loan Payment
You can electronically pay your Neighbors Credit Union auto, home equity and miscellaneous loans payment(s) using a checking account or debit card1 from another financial institution!
It’s the quick, simple way to make your loan payment with funds from your other financial institution(s). Try it today!
Making your payment is easy! To do so:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to “Move Money” tab on the green menu bar.
- Choose “External Loan Payments” from the drop down menu.
- Enter information from external financial institution. (Neighbors Credit Union accounts are ineligible.)
- Select eligible Neighbors loan(s) and enter payment(s) information.
- Accept Terms & Conditions after reading.
- Confirm payment.
1 Payments cannot be more than 30 times the amount due and are not to exceed $1,500. Fees may apply to payments made with a debit card. Restrictions apply. Contact Neighbors Credit Union for details.

Mobile Deposit
- Log in to Online Banking
- Tap on “Deposit Checks”
- Select which account to deposit the check into
- Enter the check’s amount
- Tap the camera icon to snap a photo of the front of the check
- Select “Retake Picture” or “Keep Picture” depending on photo (make sure all edges show and the amount is visible)
- Repeat for the back of the check (make sure check is endorsed with your signature and “For Mobile Deposit Only to Neighbors Credit Union”)
- Click “Deposit”
- When the “Success” screen appears, you can deposit another check and proceed to another function within the mobile banking app
Sending money with Zelle®
- Log in to Online Banking or your mobile banking app
- Navigate to Move Money, External Transfer, and select “Send Money with Zelle®.”
- Accept terms and conditions, enter your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, receive a one-time verification code, enter it, and you’re ready to start sending and receiving with Zelle.
- To send money using Zelle, simply add a trusted recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number, enter the amount you’d like to send and an optional note, review, then hit “Send.” In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes1.
- To request money using Zelle, choose “Request,” select the individual(s) from whom you’d like to request money, enter the amount you’d like to request, include an optional note, review and hit “Request”2.
- To receive money, just share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number with a friend and ask them to send you money with Zelle.
My Rewards
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select “Join Now” from the “More” menu to register your debit card.
- Tap: Activate the offers that interest you. On the Marketplace page review offers and ”Activate” the ones that interest you. Activated offers will appear in your Active Deals list.
- Shop: Make purchases online or in-store with your Neighbors Credit Union debit card.
- Save: Receive cash back in your account. Rewards will post to your account via ACH within the month after the offers is redeemed.
- Tap “Earned Summary” to view a dashboard summary of the cash-back rewards you’ve earned.
Courtesy Pay
Unforeseen circumstances and shortages in your account balance seem to pop up when you least expect them. With Courtesy Pay, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your debit card transactions, ATM withdrawals, checks, ACH/electronic and bill pay transactions will be paid, even in the event payment causes your account to be overdrawn.
It is a discretionary service offered as a privilege,* with a fee charged (the same fee that is incurred should a check or ACH/electronic withdrawal be returned for insufficient funds). There is no action required to activate Courtesy Pay for checks, ACH/electronic, and bill pay transactions.
Your consent is required to activate Courtesy Pay for ATM and Debit Card transactions (both signature and PIN).
How to opt-in for Courtesy Pay for your ATM and Debit Card transactions:
- Complete and submit the online opt-in form
- Print and mail the opt-in form
- Visit the Neighbors Credit Union branch nearest you.
- Call our Member Experience Center at 314-892-5400.
- Read the Courtesy Pay disclosure.
Telephone Banking
Telephone banking is our free account service by phone. You can maintain full access to your Neighbors Credit Union accounts with just a touch-tone phone and calling 314-892-7878 or toll free at 1-800-325-2696. Check your account balances, hear cleared checks and even transfer funds. You can even make payments to your credit union loans.
